Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Melinda May Aramburo was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and told to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.

Matthew Justin Collins was ordered to serve 45 days for assault.

Robert G. Follansbee was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Michaela Galloway was ordered to serve 70 days for failure to appear and violation of probation. The jail time can be furloughed to rehab.

Jamie Nicole Judge was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Tyson Lock was ordered to serve 12 days for two counts of failure to appear.

Cecilia Garcia Martinez was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Daniel McCormick was released on time served for violating an order of protection. He is to undergo a mental evaluation and have no contact with the victim.

Kyle Allen Reese was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Richard Almauger was ordered to serve 120 days for second-offense driving on a revoked license and assault. 

Emmanuel Cardenas was ordered to serve 180 days and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and violation of probation.

Alexis Brooke Melton was ordered to serve 150 days, pay a $750 fine,and had her judicial diversion set aside for violation of probation, possession of meth and escape permit/ facilitate. The jail time can be furloughed to adult recovery.

Oscar Ortiz Miller was ordered to serve 30 days for indecent exposure.

David Demtrius Savage was ordered to serve 40 days for domestic assault and violation of probation.

Brandon Solomon was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $162 restitution for vandalism.
