General Sessions

Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following video docket Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Bradley Ray Elrod was ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation and possession of meth. He must pay a $750 fine.

Lonnie Wayne Lackey was ordered to serve 75 days for possession of meth.

Chauntel Lomax was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay a $350 fine, and have her driver license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI.

Chad D. McBride was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault, vandalism and reckless endangerment. He must undergo a mental health evaluation.

Thomas Ray Patterson was released on time served and will be allowed to enter the TN ROCS program, if accepted, for domestic assault.
