Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Larry Mitchell Barnes was ordered to serve 120 days for permitting/ facilitating escape.

Jennifer Matthews was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and fined $750 for possession of meth.

Marcus Brandon Mott was ordered to serve 80 days for assault with bodily injury.

Vondale Eugene Solomon was ordered to serve 5 days for public intoxication and violation of probation.

Ryan Lee Walden was released on time served for violation of probation.

Rachel Baughman was ordered to serve 10 days to failure to appear.

Michael Lynn Monday was ordered to serve 60 days for violation of probation.

Phillip Shook was ordered to serve 120 days for domestic assault and violation of probation. He must undergo a mental health evaluation.

Robert W. Webster was ordered to serve 40 days for domestic assault and violation of probation.

Mica Daun Bouldin had probation revoked and was ordered to serve original sentence for violation of probation.

Jimmy Caldwell was ordered to serve 120 days for assault and violation of probation. He can be furloughed to the Tony Rice Center.

Randy Davis Jr. was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with no driver’s license.

Jessica Lee Steinbach was ordered to serve 9 days for failure to appear and violation of probation.
