Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Lisa Michelle Porterfield was ordered to serve 180 days for criminal impersonation and theft of merchandise.

Jeremy Lee Johnson was ordered to serve 30 days for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Elton Edward Sanders was ordered to serve 90 days for violating an order of protection.

Brandon Stallings was ordered to serve 40 days for theft, criminal trespassing and violation of probation.

Jarvis Lee Trapp was released on time served and ordered to stay away from the Shell station on N. Chancery Street and Walmart.

Juan Garcia was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for shoplifting. He must make $29 restitution.

Travis Ryan Butcher was ordered to serve 90 days for possession of meth and violation of probation.

Merek Matthew Elkins was ordered to serve 65 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and failure to appear.

Billy Dewayne Swann was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.

Carl Williams was ordered to serve 42 days for reckless endangerment and he must make $1,000 restitution.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Timothy Richard Ball (90 days), Bradley Griffith (five days), Jimmy Lee Herman (revoked to serve, but he can be furloughed to rehab), Joshua Lee Rackley (150 days), Christopher Leverett (90 days), Boyd Goins (30 days), Allen Wayne Sims (45 days), Jeremy Lee Smith (revoked to serve) and Scottie Bryce Smith (revoked to serve).
