Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Charles E. Conatser was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for two counts of shoplifting, criminal trespass and failure to appear. He was ordered to stay out of Walmart.  

Robin Emigh was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for burglary. The option was given to report to rehab instead of jail.

Zachery Fleisher was ordered to serve 150 days for possession of meth and violation of probation.

Jim T. Flesher was ordered to serve 90 days for domestic assault and violation of probation. He was told to stay away from the victim.

Ronda D. Gunter was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $575 restitution for theft.

Tommy Gunter was ordered to serve 90 days for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Ronald Payton Hinds was ordered to serve 65 days for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Stephen M. Judkins was released on time served for violating an order of protection.

Van Nicholas Loggins was ordered to serve 70 days of an 11-29 sentence for two counts of domestic assault and failure to appear.

Robert D. Mullins was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and failure to appear.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were:

• Cody A. Brokimer, 90 days

• James Allen Lee, revoked to serve

• Tony Samuel Chapman, 90 days

• Dustin Lee Cope, 60 days

• Casey Brent Dunn, 120 days

• Cole James West, 60 days

• Jennifer Young, 45 days
