Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Daniel May was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for violating an order of protection.

Sean Ghist was ordered to serve nine months for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Casey Bryan Gibbs was released on time served since Dec. 21 for domestic assault. He will serve the rest of his sentence on 11-29 probation and must have a mental health exam.

Jessie Stephen Judkins was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Rachel Diane Pack was ordered to serve 70 days for violation of probation, shoplifting and failure to appear. She must make $28.37 restitution.

Jonathan Ray Peweitt was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Tracy Lynn Steele was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. A judicial diversion was granted.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Timothy D. Saylors (10 days), James Allen Lee (48 hours) and Clinton Smith (90 days).
