Criminal arraignment dockets were heard in General Sessions Court on Tuesday, Oct. 31 by Judge Ryan J. Moore. Included in Tuesday’s action:


• Justin Skye Bennett pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to be served on supervised probation, successfully complete an anger management program, successfully complete Caring Dads program and pay court costs. 


• Matthew Gerald Edwards pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and his probation was extended 6 months.


• William Haley pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and his probation was extended six months. 


• Michael A. McDorman was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear. 


• Guadalupe Mendez was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear. 


• Kionna M. Smith was admitted into the Second Chance Program and was ordered to successfully complete an anger management program, pay court costs and have no contact with the victim.  She is charged with aggravated domestic assault. This matter will be reviewed in April. 


• A failure to appear was issued against Brandon J. Solomon and his bond was revoked. A new bond was set at $5,000.  He is charged with criminal trespass.  


• Jessica Lee Steinbach pleaded guilty to theft of merchandise/shoplifting and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, banned from victim’s property, ordered to pay restitution and court costs.


• Juan Pablo Vanloo pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to be served on supervised probation, pay restitution to victim, pay $75 contribution to the economic crime fund, pay court costs and stay away from victim.  


• Robert Anderson Woodside was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear.
