A child support docket was heard last week by Judge Ryan J. Moore.

• Michael Burch was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

• Felix Bonilla was given two 10 day sentences for two counts of child support. These are to run consecutively.

• Sean McNally was ordered to pay $1200.


A traffic arraignment and trial docket were heard Thursday by Judge Ryan J. Moore. Included in Thursday’s court action:

• Michael D. Burch was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11 month, 29 day probation sentence for evading arrest.

• Lauren Elizabeth Love was ordered to serve 30 days and fined $750 for possession or casual exchange of meth. Love was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.

• Tiffany G. West was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $350 for driving under the influence. She was also ordered to attend a DUI class, undergo a victim impact panel, undergo 24 hours of public service work, and have her license revoked for one year. West was also fined $250 for failure to yield resulting in an accident with bodily injury and was fined $50 for two counts of children restraints, totaling $100.

• Alex Adolfo Amaro was fined $10 for speeding, financial responsibility law, and driving without license, totaling $30.

• Lillie Allison Campbell was ordered to attend safe driving school for reckless driving.

• Tyron Ismael Monterroso Cancinos was fined $10 for driving without license.

• Maria Flores Desirena was ordered to serve 7 days of an 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $350 for DUI. She was also ordered to attend a DUI class, undergo a victim impact panel, undergo 24 hours of public service work, and have her license revoked for one year. Desirena was also fined $250 for child abuse, neglect or endangerment and $50 for driving without a license. She was ordered to serve an additional 10 days for failure to appear. This is to run consecutively.

• Anthony Quinn Dishman was fined $400 for simple possession or casual exchange.

• Kenneth Dodd was fined $500 for simple possession or casual exchange.

• Esteban Garcia was fined $10 for driving without a license.

• Stacey D. Griffin was fined $50 for driving while license was suspended. Griffin was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

• Misha Nicholas and Alexander Lamanna were fined $10 each for speeding and $10 each for graduated driver’s license.

• Shane Hill McKeown was fined $10 for speeding.

• Julio Lopez Palacios was fined $10 for driving without a license.

• George David Reed was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 probation sentence and fined $350 DUI. He was also ordered to attend a DUI class, undergo a victim impact panel, undergo 24 hours of public service work, and have his license revoked for one year. Reed was also fined $250 for possession of a handgun while under the influence.

• Fabian Luna Regalado was fined $10 for driving without a license.

• James Fisher was fined $50 for driving on a suspended license.
