A criminal arraignment and trial docket were heard Tuesday by Judge Ryan J. Moore.

Included in Tuesday’s court action:

• Jazmen Chabree Coleman was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.

• Justin Charles Elrod was fined $50 for public intoxication.

• Mark Anthony Fults, Jr. was fined $500 for simple possession or casual exchange.

• Wayne Oneal Fults was fined $50 for public intoxication.

• Juan Carlos Garcia was fined $50 for public intoxication.

• James A. Jennings was ordered to serve 4 days and was fined $150 for probation violation.

• Abrayah Martin was fined $500 for simple possession or casual exchange.

• Chad Layne Rogers was ordered to serve 48 hours for public intoxication.

• Kyle Aaron Smith was fined $250 and was ordered to pay $134 to Walmart for theft of merchandise.

• Lacey Angelica Thatch was fined $50 for criminal trespass and was ordered to stay away from Goodwill.

• Zoey Wallace was given a 6 month probation sentence and was fined $250 for theft of merchandise. Wallace was also ordered to pay restitutions to the victim.

• Ruth Ann Young was ordered to serve 30 days and was fined $750 for possession or casual exchange of meth.

• Jefferey Cole White was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11 month, 29 day probation sentence and was fined $350 for driving under the influence. White was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment with any follow ups, to serve 24 hours of public service work, and to have his driver’s license revoked for one year.

• Billy D. Bess was ordered to serve 30 days for probation violation.

• Denise Bogle was ordered to pay court costs and to own no dogs for cruelty to animals.

• Leonard Wayne Bogle was ordered to pay court costs and to own no dogs for cruelty to animals.

• Joshua Contreras was fined $129 and was ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for domestic assault.

• Steven Shane Davis was given an 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $129 for domestic assault. Davis was ordered to undergo a mental exam, to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, and to have no contact with the victim.

• Melissa A. Melson Delagado was ordered to serve 26 days of an 11-29 probation sentence for violation of conditional release.

• Kaitlin Fults was fined $129 and was ordered to pay $187 to the victim for vandalism. Her court date is set for January.

• Jamie Shawn Jennings was ordered to pay court costs for evading arrest and was ordered to stay away from the victim.

• Florence Kurtz was ordered to serve 8 days and was fines $250 for theft. Kurtz was also ordered to pay $36.50 to Walmart.

• Brett Wayne Marney, II was ordered to serve 30 days for criminal trespass, was given an 11-29 probation sentence and ordered to pay $33 to Walmart, and was given an additional 11-29 probation sentence for compulsory school attendance. These sentences are to run concurrently.

• Christopher Glenn Mason was ordered to pay restitutions for assault with physical contact. His court date is set for February.

• Melissa Melson was given an 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $129 for domestic assault.

• Joshua Kyle Morton was fined $250 for simple possession or casual exchange.

• Timothy W. Pinegar was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $129 for domestic assault. Pinegar was also ordered to undergo a mental exam.

• Jamie Nichole Powell was ordered to serve 65 days for probation violation.

• Jackson Rusbridge was fined $500 for possession and transport of beer under the age of 21. His court date is set for May.

• Jerry Thomas was fined $129 for domestic assault. His court date is set for February.

• Luis Valdez was ordered to serve 14 days of an 11-29 probation sentence for domestic assault.
