Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Amanda N. Brogdon was released on time served for domestic assault and admitted into the TN Rocks program. She was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased if she gets in no further trouble.

Mykia Crutcher was ordered to serve six days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for shoplifting.

Roxanne Marie Shone was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for criminal trespass and shoplifting. She must pay $56 restitution and stay out of Walmart.

Scott Daniel Beecham was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for criminal trespass, two counts of vandalism, failure to appear and violation of probation. He must make $1,500 restitution to two parties.

Naomi R. Chambler was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for child neglect.

Amanda Lynnette Driver was ordered to serve 30 days for possession of meth. She will be allowed to attend rehab.

Timothy Derrick Gilliam was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for aggravated criminal trespass, assault and resisting arrest.

Derek A. Hubbard was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for child neglect.

Cheri Ann Thomas was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Kristy L. Matheny (30 days), Marcus Brandon Mott (revoked to serve), Joshua Vaine (15 days), Joshua Keith Barnes (revoked to serve), Jonathan Douglas Bond (revoked to serve), Ceva Craven (90 days), Justin Van Fults (90 days) and Brandon Eugene Locke (90 days).
