Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday afternoon in General Sessions Court.

Raven Nicole Botts was ordered to serve 60 days for possession of meth but can be furloughed to Love Lady if accepted.

Tyren D. Boyd was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. 

Timothy Wayne Dorris was ordered to serve 180 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and violation of probation.

Matthew Ryan Hudgins was ordered to serve 120 days for resisting arrest, assault and domestic assault.

Timothy Wayne Johnson was ordered to serve 81 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Joshua Brandon Moran was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Shannon Lee Thompson was banned from Walmart, ordered to make $16.28 restitution, and was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting.

Penny M. Pinegar was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Mica Daun Bouldin (revoked to serve) and Kenneth Albert Marx (90 days).
