Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.


Sandra Jane Fisher was released on time served and given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence for vandalism and disorderly conduct. Restitution is to be determined.


Dovie Mae Vinson Williams was given house arrest for falsifying a drug test.


Bianca J. Chisam was ordered to serve 90 days for driving on a suspended license fourth offense. Time will be allowed to be served on house arrest.


James Taylor Hillis was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.


Cody D. Lee was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and violation of probation.

Jackson Powers was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession.


Jordan Ross was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and joyriding.


Kolin Lee Whittemore was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting


Sentenced to jail time for violation of probation were Deborah Jo Rovsek (90 days), Marcus Johnson (revoked to serve), Brian E. Ballew (six months), and Larry Barnes (60 days).


Tony Brakeall and Ramiro Marino Anaya were allowed to enter the second chance program for domestic assault.
