Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Christie Guerard was released on time served for criminal trespass.

Breanna Marie Way was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for theft. She was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased if she gets in no further trouble.

Kenneth Marx Jr. was ordered to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault, criminal trespass, and failure to appear.

Jeremiah Thomas McCormick was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession.

Aubrey Rigsby was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for second-offense driving on a suspended license and possession of meth.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Melissa A. Delgado (90 days), Dontae Forsythe (30 days) and Brian Owen (90 days).

Special Judge Larry Ross has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Joshua R. Gilbert was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Todd Gilman Murphy was credited with time served and given 11-29 probation for reckless endangerment and vandalism. He must pay $247 in restitution.

Travis Earl Myers was ordered to serve 10 days for public intoxication.

Angela Valdivia was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Larry Davis was ordered to serve 48 hours for failure to appear.
