An arraignment docket, criminal court docket and trial docket were heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court.

Included in Tuesday’s court action:

Robbie Andrew Bates was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation. 

Julia A. Bouldin was ordered to serve 60 days for violation of probation. Probation was extended 6 months. 

Michael Wayne J. Brock was ordered to serve 30 days an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. That time will run concurrently with 10 days given for failure to appear.

Audie J. Floyd was ordered to serve 120 days for violation of probation. Probation was extended 11-29.

Austin Dale McClure was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection. 

James L. Pedigo was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. 

Jessie Thomas was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. 

Travis J. Winton was ordered to serve 70 days for violation of probation and failure to appear. 

Amy Jo Barrett was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth. That time will run consecutively with an 11-29 probationary sentence for simple possession and concurrently with a 6-month sentence for driving while license suspended. 

Brian M. Rhoady was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for possession of meth.

Ronald Young was ordered to serve 30 days for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation.
