Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Tammy Star Murphy was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for shoplifting and failure to appear. She must make $46.25 restitution and was ordered to stay out of Dollar General.

Anthony Lewis was released on time served for domestic assault and given 11-29 probation.

Matthew Ross Robertson was ordered to serve 120 days for assault – physical contact.

Austin Taylor Kebert was ordered to serve 120 days for assault – physical contact.

Melvin D. Woods was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth, simple possession, failure to appear and violation of probation. He must pay a $1,000 fine.

Cody Lee Bell was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and fined $750 for possession of meth.

Justin Casse Hanson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for assault. He must have a mental health evaluation and stay away from the victim.

Cherish Deann Pugh was released on time served, given 11-29 probation and ordered to make $578 restitution to Super Gas for theft.

Lara Almeda Stevens, Samantha Gail Stevens and Richard L. Walker were allowed to enter the 90-day second chance program for domestic assault.

Charles Edward Rolley was allowed to enter the 90-day second chance program for aggravated assault and vandalism.

Tommy White was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. He must enter batterer’s intervention and have no contact with the victim.

Joseph McKinley Williams Jr. was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation, harassment, and violating a restraining order. 

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Benjamin Jennings (revoked to serve), Evelyn Donna Ballew (revoked to serve) and Emmanuel T. Cardenas Lopez (70 days).
