Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Deana Renee Moxley was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Timothy Andrew May was ordered to serve 30 days for failure to appear, second-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.

Ashley Nichole Arnold was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for possession of meth. She must pay a $750 fine and have an alcohol and drug assessment.

Kara E. Clinton was released on time served and must undergo a mental exam for domestic assault.

Stephen Sansouche was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend the batterer’s program for domestic assault.

Billy Joe Sinclair was ordered to serve 40 days for aggravated criminal trespass and violation of probation.

Timothy Swoape was released on time served and was ordered to attend the batterer’s program for domestic assault.

Samuel Kyle Tanner was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and evading arrest. He must attend batterer’s intervention.

Kristy L. Matheny was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for possession of meth. She must pay a $750 fine and have an alcohol and drug assessment.

Gregorio Cruz Vanloo was ordered to serve 10 days for aggravated criminal trespass.

Christie L. Wimley was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for domestic assault. She must stay away from the victim and have follow-ups with CHEER Mental Health.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Nicholas Ryan Myers (30 days), Ryan A. Travers (90 days), Houston Shane Anderson (10 days), Elizabeth G. Bunch (30 days), Nancy Self (60 days), Trent Currey (48 hours), Autumn Hainey (48 hours), Brittni Fisk (revoked, ordered to serve) Brianna Garcia (time served), Christopher Haycox (60 days), Joshua L. Judkins (90 days), and Tara Lynne Smith (revoked, ordered to serve).
