Traffic trial and arraignment dockets were heard on Thursday, Aug. 10 by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in last Thursday’s action:
• Courtney Danielle Bowdoin pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs.
• Vanessa Brooks pleaded guilty to a DUI second offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 45 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $600 fine, driving privileges revoked for two year, pay court costs, 24 hours of community service, attend the alcohol safety education class, attend the victim impact panel, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.
• Enrique Carillo was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear.
• Sabrina Edwards waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession/casual exchange of a schedule VI drug, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jeremiah Alan Ginn waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with simple possession/casual exchange of a schedule VI drug and possession of methamphetamine.
• Heather Rose Goodmaster pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, plus court costs. She also pleaded guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine. She was also sentenced to 20 days in jail on two failure to appear charges, plus court costs on one FTA. These sentences run consecutively.
• Ryan Matthew Holt pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs.
• Carlos Lara pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs.
• Charles T. Nunley waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with domestic assault, aggravated domestic assault, interference with 911 calls, and violation of bond conditions.
• Anthony Roberts pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to be served on supervised probation, pay court costs, successfully complete an anger management course, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, stay away from the victim. Consecutive to this sentence, he also pleaded guilty to simple possession of schedule II drug and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 19 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, plus court costs and a $750 fine. He also pleaded guilty to simple possession of a schedule VI drug and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 19 days in jail the balance on supervised probation, $400 fine. He also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. These three sentences run concurrent to each other, but consecutive to the domestic assault conviction.
• Alan Vivas pleaded guilty to failure to yield and was assessed a $50 fine plus court costs and ordered to pay restitution. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.
• A failure to appear was issued against William Thurman Crisp and a bond was set at $3,000. He is charged with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and improper use of a vehicle registration.
• Yessica Esteban pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs.
• Bailey Lashay Farr pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. She also pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation and was assessed a $30 fine. She was also sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear, plus costs.
• Jared Thomas Gum was ordered to go to safe driving school for speeding.
• Shelley R. Maples was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear, plus court costs.
• Barbara McCormack pleaded guilty to a DUI second offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve 45 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $600 fine, victim impact panel, alcohol safety education class, 24 hours of community service, driving privileges revoked for 2 years, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. She also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 6 months to serve10 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation. These sentences run consecutively.
• Jadon McKeon AKA Jason McKeon was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear.
• James K. McLaughlin was ordered to go to safe driving school for speeding.
• Thomas Andrew Miller pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, court costs, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, alcohol safety education class, victim impact panel, perform 24 hours of community service and loss of driving privileges for one year.
• A failure to appear was issued for Felipe Sanchez Pelayo and a bond was set at $3,000. He is charged with reckless driving.

• Toby Cantrell pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 10 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and was ordered to pay restitution. He also pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in the Warren County jail. These sentences run consecutively.
• Anthony Glover pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to another charge of driving on a suspended license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear, plus the court costs.
• Brandy Dawn Jennings had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind her case to the grand jury. She is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and deliver.
• Lonnie Wayne Lackey, Jr. pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to 10 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was assessed a $150 fine, plus court costs. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear. These sentences run consecutively.
• Shelley R. Maples pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. She was also sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear.
• Charles Taven Newport pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation (second or subsequent) and was assessed a $55 fine.
• Christy G. Stevens pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 9 days in jail. She also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 9 days in jail, plus a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run concurrently.
• Darius Wright waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving while in possession of methamphetamine and driving on a suspended license.
• Pedro Fabian Mata Araiza pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.
• Thurman William Crisp pleaded guilty to unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, $150 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to a registration violation and was assessed a $10 fine. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear, plus court costs.
• Brandi Fults pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation and was assessed a $30 fine.
• Meliquiades Baez Garcia pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs. She also pleaded guilty to financial responsibility law violation and was assessed a $10 fine.
• Jennifer Peralene Hendrixson pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Christopher Glenn Martin pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and ordered to complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.
• Paul Allen Rice pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Oscar Terraz Rodriguez pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, pay restitution and court costs.
• Ricky Ray Stone pleaded guilty to a DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, court costs, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, victim impact panel, alcohol safety education class, 24 hours of community service and loss of driving privileges for one year.
• Johnny W. Trapppleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, plus court costs.
• Eric Michael Westphal pleaded guilty to driving on revoked license second offense and was sentenced to 20 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs.
