Sentences were handed down Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:Lucas Collins was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault.Joseph Michael Perrigan was bound to the grand jury on charges of tampering with evidence, reckless endangerment, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and simple possession of drugs. He must also serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.Johnny L. Dawson was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, aggravated burglary, theft, criminal impersonation and vandalism.Carrie St. John was bound to the grand jury on charges of vandalism, aggravated burglary and theft.Angela Renee Rhea was handed an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served for domestic assault.Daniel Wellman was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession of drugs.Darrell L. Lefevers was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting.Bailey Briest was bound to the grand jury on the charges of introduction of contraband to a penal institution, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.Juan Mendez Garcia was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.Jeffery J. Byrge was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for violating an order of protection.Sabrina Edwards was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.David Pendergraph was given a six-month probationary sentence for perjury.Brittany Paige Holder was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Timmy Jay Barnes must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Teddy Lee Dodd was directed to serve 30 days for driving on a revoked license.Cory Michael Hobbs must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
