Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning in General Sessions Arraignment Court.Cases heard by Judge Bill Locke in the morning session include:Gary D. Eubank was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Thomas Allen Willett was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, make $508 restitution and perform 24 hours public service work for theft. He was given an additional 10 days behind bars for failure to appear in court.Rochelle C. Briest was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and undergo a mental health follow-up for simple possession of drugs.Joey Allen Polson was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Brandon R. McNeece was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Ira L. Bouldin was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Ashley Tittle was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Jonathan Mendez was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of alcohol under the age of 21.Jacob Wesley Johnson must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Brandon B. Chisam must serve 45 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Jeremiah T. McCormick must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Joe J. Roark was directed to serve 45 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Juan Matias Tomas must serve 10 days and have his probation extended for six months for violation of probation.
