Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court.Included in the morning session:Brandon G. Martin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Kellie Phillips was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.Barry Barton was ordered to serve 15 days for public intoxication.Mateo Michel Perez was directed to serve 10 days for public intoxication.Randall David Mason was instructed to serve five days of a six-month sentence and must pay court costs for violating an order of protection.Benjamin Lee McCormack was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $455 restitution for theft.Nicole Dyan Muncey was bound to the grand jury on the charge of criminal trespass.Crystal Dawn Myers was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Juanita Y. Walker was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.Victor G. Gingerich was given a six-month sentence but released on time-served and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license. He was given an extra 10 days in jail for failure to appear in court.Michael Dusty Hollis Jr. must serve 75 days for violation of probation.Jamie Nacole Roach must serve 120 days for violation of probation.Glenda Henry must serve 60 days for violation of probation.Christel Ward must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
