Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court.Included in the morning session:Cody Wayne Wood was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, make $700 restitution and pay $750 plus costs for criminal impersonation, theft, possession of meth.Jonathan Douglas Bond was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.James Edward Anderson was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Jeremiah T. McCormick was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.Joshua Travis Martinez was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Erin Thurlo was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo anger management for domestic assault.Andrew Brown must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Billy Earls Carter II must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Taylor Dane Holton must serve 60 days for violation of probation.Rita Joyce Lanier was directed to serve 30 days and had his probation extended for one year for violation of probation.Nicholas Tyree Marchbanks must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Eric Steven Pollard was instructed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and had his probation extended by a year.Jennifer L. Vernon must serve 48 hours and had her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
