Sentences were handed down Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court.Included in court action:Chad D. McBride was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for criminal impersonation.Kenneth A. Bond was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must undergo a mental health exam for domestic assault.Sarah Elizabeth Frank was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Robert N. Ghrist was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.Claude Eugene Foster was bound to the grand jury on the charge of false imprisonment and assault. He is accused to detaining two teenage girls in a church parking lot. He claims they were trespassing and he didn’t hold them there.Lucas Ray Collins was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and was warned to stay out from the victim for violating a restraining order.William Jason Black was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must enter the anger management program for domestic assault.
