Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in court action:Brandy Franklin was given an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Maria T. Sanders must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Tyla Kay Grissom was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense DUI. She must serve an extra 30 days for violation of probation.Jennifer Gail Scott was placed on probation for an 11-29 period and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Anastasia Brock must serve 30 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Kaleb L. Cantrell must serve 48 hours and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Clifton Duane Hennessee must serve 90 days for violation of probation.Holden Scott Nunley was instructed to serve 60 days and had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Jacob Fisher Murphy was instructed to serve 60 days for violation of probation.Adam Colton Ware must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
