Sentences were handed down Tuesday by special Judge Larry Ross in an abbreviated convening of General Sessions Court. There was no traffic court Thursday.Included in court action:Audia Estes was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.James Riley Priest was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Franklin E. Huffman was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license.Kenneth Pack Jr. must serve 90 days for criminal impersonation and violation of probation.James Lee Pedigo must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Damon Perkins was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $10 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Andrew Lewis must serve 90 days for violation of probation.Gregorio Cruz Vanloo had his probation revoked but will be allowed go to inpatient rehab.
