Sentences were handed down this past week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included in court action:Tara Michelle Lewis was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Ricky Nokes was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Brandon Eugene Locke was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served for domestic assault.Anthony Lykins was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Brent Michael Cantrell was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.Tyler Andrew Moore was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Chad Keaton Conner was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.Steven Utah Johnson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay court costs for domestic assault.Jeremy Brian Lassiter was bound to the grand jury charges of criminal impersonation and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.Rex A. Lawhead was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.Jamie M. Dukes was bound to the grand jury on the charge of harassment.Lisa Michelle Rhea was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served for vandalism. She must make restitution.Cody Allen Fults must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Travis Grayson must serve seven days for violation of probation and driving on a revoked license.Shawn Renee Nolton must serve 36 days for violation of probation.Keyashu M. Palmer must serve 30 days for violation of probation.April Daylene Pemerton was given a six-month probationary sentence for violating an order of protection.Byron A. Noble was placed on probation for six months and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Vondale Solomon had his probation revoked for violation of probation.Ronald Eugene Welden must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
