Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court on Tuesday.Included in court action:Marcus Boren and James Alton Campbell were bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. They are charged with stealing a car at Roger’s Hollow and then opening fire as the owner pursued them into neighboring Grundy County.Jonathan Zachariah Rowland was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.William Edward Frazier was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and aggravated burglary.Tracy Foreman Cherry was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence but released on time-served and must attend anger management for domestic assault.Melinda Kaye Donaldson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work, make restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.April Deanne Guard was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and make $145 restitution to Walmart for theft.Cecilia Martinez Garcia was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.James P. Delillie was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for shoplifting.Jimmy W. Mathis was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Joe Vernon Elledge Jr. was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft, burglary and driving on a suspended license.Randy Caldwell was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.Danny Ray Prater was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must make restitution for vandalism.Emily Paige Bouldin was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Lara Almeda Stevens was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Eric Rogers was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Eric Lee Haywood was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of marijuana.Jacob Hill must serve 30 days for violation of probation.James Allen Webb must serve seven days for violation of probation.Cecillia Garcia Martinez must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Sasha Otis must serve 45 days for violation of probation.John Wesley Schulz must serve 90 days for violation of probation.James Smith must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
