Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court.Included in the morning session:David Allen McCormick was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must stay away from the victim for domestic assault.Cody Fults was ordered to serve 10 days and make $84 restitution and stay out of Shoe Sensation for shoplifting.Michael Douglas Mathis was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution and perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Mark Thomas Williams must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Courtney D. Bowdoin was directed to serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Jessica Anne Judkins was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for violation of probation. He was given 10 more days for failure to appear in court.Autumn Kay Hainey must serve 45 days and had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Brandy Nicole Keen must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Richard McCormick was ordered to serve 60 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Russell Gunter must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
