Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court.Included in the morning session:Amy L. Ledford was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence to serve for falsifying a drug test. Her time will be served concurrently, or at the same time, with a sentence she is serving in Grundy County.Christopher Rob Ashby was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Jackie Lee Pritchett was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $658 and enter the batterer intervention program for domestic assault and evading arrest.Benito Ybarra was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and undergo the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.Eric D. Hale was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must make $18 restitution and was warned to stay out of Dollar General for theft. Roy Allen Gibbs must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.Austin D. Petrina must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
