A 37-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court.Included in the afternoon session:Tiffany D. Grodi was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, and pay $1,759 for grand theft.Kyle Steele was directed to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $2,144 for burglary and theft.Cody Sweeney was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must make restitution for burglary and theft.Lacey R. Evans was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must make restitution for theft and attempted burglary.Brandon Qualls was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft, illegal possession of debit cards and aggravated assault.Eric Wilson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.Patricia Ashburn was directed to serve 11 days and pay $1,492 for simple possession of meth.Danny R. Elrod was bound to the grand jury on the charge of violating an order of protection.Jason Boren was directed to serve the balance of his sentence, plus 10 days, for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.James Durham must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Jacob Hubbard was directed to serve 30 days for violation of probation.Derek Keener must serve 70 days for violation of probation.Christopher T.
