Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Heather Beecham was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Isaac Brian Whitman was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.Malcolm Lance was directed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for resisting stop. He must also serve 30 days in addition for violation of probation and five more days for driving on a revoked license.Aaron Christopher Smith was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Lee A. Ferrell was released on time-served for public intoxication.Ricky Noel Stafford must serve 10 days for public intoxication.Jonathan Douglas Bond was instructed to serve 60 days and had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.James Edward Anderson must serve 60 days and had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Dawn D. Moore had her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Patricia Paprocki must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.Jaqualyn Tyler Prater must serve 90 days for violation of probation.Clinton Smith was instructed to serve 30 days for violation of probation.Isaac Brian Whitman must serve 75 days for violation of probation.
