A 39-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in the afternoon session:Anthony Francis waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on four counts of felony assault. He is charged for holding deputies on an armed standoff inside his Mullican Road home.
