A 46-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Tasha Hill was directed to serve 20 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation, and pay $382 for possession of stolen property, preventing a 911 call and public intoxication.Jimmy Kelley was instructed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.Javon Thomas was directed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.Scottie Lockhart was bound to the grand jury on the charge of violating the sex offender registry.Richard Tenpenny was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, and must stay out of Dollar General for shoplifting.William Smith was ordered to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $350 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.Lucas Bowdoin was released on time-served for violation of probation.Rodney Davis was released on time-served for violation of probation.Timothy Ingram was transferred to drug court for violation of probation.Rhonda C.
