A 75-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Shandra Mejia was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.Jesse R. Foe was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, make $100 restitution, and undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault and vandalism.Michael Pipkin was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must undergo anger management and get a mental health evaluation for domestic assault and vandalism.Nicole Melson was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must make $300 restitution, perform 24 hours public service work, and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft.Shelby A. Yates was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $16 restitution, perform 24 hours public service work, and has been banned from Walmart for shoplifting.Sarah Threlkel was given a six-month judicial diversion and released on time-served for criminal impersonation.Billy Bishop Jr., was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.Alberto Gonazalez was directed to serve 10 days and pay $20 plus costs for failure to appear and driving without a license.Corey L. Smith must pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.Marion L. Allen was ordered to serve 60 days for criminal impersonation, failure to appear, and violation of probation.Susan Hobbs must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Teddy Boyd must serve 30 days for violation of probation.The remainder of cases were arraigned and set for trial at a later date.
