Sentences were handed down this past week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court.Included in court action:Daniel Lee Holt was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Robert Alan Brice Norrod was ordered to serve 30 days for assault.Jesse Ortega was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated assault, child endangerment, assault, reckless endangerment and interference with emergency calls.Kendal M. Smedley was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.Roger Lindon Womack was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and child endangerment.Sarah Margaret Lewis was bound to the grand jury on charges of reckless endangerment, evading arrest, grand theft, child endangerment, and possession of meth.Carl Eugene George Jr. was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated domestic assault.Ashley Greene was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license. She must serve 60 days for violation of probation.Valentino Abeyta was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $25 restitution for theft and driving without a license. He was directed to serve the balance of his remaining sentence for violation of probation.Mark Allen Brewington was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served for violating an order of protection.
