Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Dylan Ray Jones was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence but released on time-served and must make restitution for domestic assault and vandalism.Jerica Haywood was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. The diversion means her record will be erased once her probation is over.Daniel Matthew Muncey was directed to serve 30 days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Christopher Eugene Wolpole was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Gregory Chase Gibson was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.Shawn Allen Smith was directed to serve 10 days for violation of probation.Billy Johnson was ordered to serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
