Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included in the afternoon session:Lee Ferrell was ordered to serve 35 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. Guadalupe Miller was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license.Nicholas Tyree Marchbanks was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must undergo mental health classes for domestic assault and theft. The diversion means he can have his record erased once his probation is over.Christopher Thomas Jones was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and criminal trespass.Matthew Scott Lewis must pay $350 and had his hunting rights revoked for illegal taking of wildlife out of season.Gina R. Nichols was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for obstruction of service of legal process.Jamie Sue Ferrell must serve 10 days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Sally Mae Woodward must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
