A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:Matthew Wenger was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $150 plus costs for domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.Dovie Vinson-Williams was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for falsification of a drug test.Wilma Caswell was bound to the grand jury on charges of child endangerment and public intoxication.Jose Mendoza was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.Matthew Adam was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, undergo batterer intervention classes and a mental health evaluation for domestic assault.Daniel Gentry was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo batterer intervention classes for domestic assault.Dagma Walker was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo a mental health evaluation for domestic assault.Macalah Barkes Smith was bound to the grand jury on charges of domestic assault and assault.Jess Pease III was released on time-served and had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Terri Tatum was bound to the grand jury on the charge of filling a false report.James Crowe must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.Justin Savage was ordered to serve 30 days and had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Genesis Vaughn must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
