Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:Leslie Claire Farless was ordered to serve 30 days and must stay away from McMinnville Tool and Die for attempted auto burglary.Barney Nowell was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and undergo batterer intervention for vandalism and domestic assault.Christopher Floyd was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary, resisting stop, grand theft, vandalism and possession of drug paraphernalia.Rodney Preston Moore was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.Terry Dewayne Mason Jr. was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault. The diversion means he can have his record erased once his probation is over.Krystal Williams was bound to the grand jury on charges of illegal possession of a prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth.Lisa Diane Minter was directed to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for driving on a suspended license.Jared Thomas Gum was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and criminal impersonation.Angela Ann Scott was given an 11-29 sentence and must make restitution for two worthless checks.Pablo L. Lara must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Emmanuel C. Lopez was directed to remain on house arrest for 10 days as part of an 11-29 sentence for driving on a suspended license.Cecina C. Lawson was placed on house arrest for 30 days and had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.James B. Blankenship III was directed to spend 120 days on house arrest for violation of probation.
