Sentences were handed down Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session: Johnathan Andrew Skinner was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth and evading arrest. He must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
