Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:

Noel Bryan Chisam was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence but released on time-served and must undergo the batterer program for domestic assault.

Shawn E. Giddeons was directed to serve eight days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and failure to appear in court.

Shanna N. Gonzalez was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served for resisting arrest. She also must undergo batterer intervention.

Nathaniel Pickett was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.

Heather Leann Brown was bound to the grand jury on charges of introduction of contraband into the county jail and simple possession of drugs.

Christian DeSantiago was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas Hickerson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $100 plus costs for theft.

April D. Peremton was ordered to serve 10 days and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.

Taylor Dane Holton must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

Arizona D. Moore was released on time-served and must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

Rachel Baughman must serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Franklin Eugene Ramsey must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

Jacqueline E. Schultz had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.

Jason L. Reece must serve 35 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
