Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session: Noel Bryan Chisam was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence but released on time-served and must undergo the batterer program for domestic assault. Shawn E. Giddeons was directed to serve eight days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and failure to appear in court.
