A 40-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Stefani Evagues was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Gregorio Vanloo was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for assault.Chasity King was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and make restitution for theft.Kris Tracy and Justin Randolph were granted six-month judicial diversions for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The diversion means they can have their records erased once their probation is over.Mark Randolph was placed on probation for six months for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.Jessie Thomas must pay $50 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident.Johnny Nunley must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Robert Norroad must serve 45 days for violation of probation.Misty Nelson was directed to serve 10 days for violation of probation.Jason West must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Jeremy Slagle must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Christopher Layne was ordered to serve 100 days and have his probation extended by a year for failure to appear in court and violation of probation.The remaining cases were set for later trial or arraignment.
