An 86-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Isaac Whitman was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $2,242 for possession of meth.Caswella Pruitt was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for criminal impersonation, shoplifting and failure to appear in court.Brandy Turner was ordered to serve 12 days and pay $10 plus costs for criminal trespass and failure to appear in court.Joshua Underwood was instructed to serve 13 days of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.Daniel Adams Jr., was directed to serve 10 days and was released on time served for public intoxication. He was also ordered to serve 90 more days for violation of probation.Barry Elrod was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must make restitution, perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
