Sentences were handed down Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:Jaymes Earl Owens was instructed to serve 150 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.Heather Beecham was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and driving on a revoked license.Rebecca S. Haston was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Brad R. Bauer was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and child endangerment.Heather Michelle Prater Verge was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and was warned to stay out of Dollar General for shoplifting.Pokie Edward George Jr. was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Shelby Ann Yates was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for violation of probation.Bobby Joe Stubblefield must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Clifford Shane Ferrell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Andrew Lewis must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Jason Louis Lundgren must serve 10 days and have his probation by six months for violation of probation.Joseph Frank Bratcher Jr. must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Dakoda Wayne Chrestman must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.Mark Andrew Cope was given a six-month probationary sentence and must get a mental health assessment for violating an order of protection.
