A 38-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:Joseph Ashmore was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $369 and enter batterer intervention for domestic assault.Stephen M. Judkins was bound to the grand jury on two counts of domestic assault.James A. Smith was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault.Buck Williams Jr., was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated domestic assault.Christopher Calvert was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must undergo anger management and get rid of his handgun for reckless endangerment. The diversion means he can have his criminal record erased once his probation is complete.Travis S. Wright was given an 11-29 sentence which is to be served concurrently, or at the same time, as other sentences he faces.Daniel Pendergraph was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Ridge Price was bound to the grand jury on charges of promotion and possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license.Ricky Rogers was bound to the grand jury on the charge of violation of the sex offender registry.
