A 37-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included in the afternoon session:Michael Hollis was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.David Jensen was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated domestic assault.Stanley Bradley was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.William Ward was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.Donta Weir was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.Scott Beecham had his furlough set aside and must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation and failure to abide by furlough. He was placed on probation for an additional year for evading arrest.Austin Majors was handed an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia. The diversion means he can have his record erased once his probation is over.Justin Bennett was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.Joshua Rowan was handed an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $800 and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of drugs.Tiffany Pease was issued an 11-29 judicial diversion for assault.Angela Singleton was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence for shoplifting and criminal trespass.
