A 46-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included on the morning docket: Korey Beckwith was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence but released on time-served and must undergo anger management classes for domestic assault.Heather Hale was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Jacob Bouldin was fined $190 for hunting deer in a baited area, not wearing blaze orange and hunting without a license.Timothy Cole Taylor and Timothy Lee Taylor were fined $250 plus costs for hunting from a vehicle and hunting from a public road.Josh Thrower must pay $150 plus costs and had his hunting license revoked for two years for hunting in a baited area and possession of a firearm during archery season.Jerry Williamson must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Alberto (Beto) Gonzalez must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Isaac Whitman must serve 30 days for violation of probation.James D. Johnson must serve 10 days for violation of probation.The remaining cases were either set for trial or future arraignment.
