A local organization is offering a new breath for pet rescue.Helping Animals of Warren County has obtained a $1,000 grant from Walmart Community Foundation. Funds will be used to purchase oxygen kits for all the fire departments in Warren County. “I wrote the grant,” said HAWC president Hollie Cox.
