Fans fall in love with Elvis tribute at Park Theater

Park Theater paid homage to the life of Elvis Presley on Saturday night with a tribute concert by The Ultimate Oldies. It has been 40 years since Elvis died at the age of 42 but he still has the ability to pack a house. It was a sold-out show.
The Ultimate Oldies presented a tribute to the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley, on Saturday night at Park Theater.The show consisted of the life story of Elvis featuring music and dialogue from his entire career including, the early years, the movie years, the comeback, the later years and even the gospel music of Elvis backed by the Ultimate Oldies orchestra. “They always put on a good show,” said Park Theater coordinator Kevin Roberts. “It was a great night of Elvis.”Billed as a “fun yet serious tribute and not a cheesy impersonation show,” it also proved Elvis still has the ability to pack a house.
