Kadence Elizabeth Ledbetter, reigning Fairest of the Fair, says applications are now available for this year’s pageant at the Southern Standard and other area businesses.
The reigning Fairest of the Fair Kadence Elizabeth Ledbetter will complete her duties on Monday, Sept. 12 when she passes the crown to the 2022 winner. Applications are now available for next month’s Fairest of the Fair pageant.
