One person was killed and two injured Wednesday morning when a motorist pulled into the path of an oncoming vehicle in Rock Island in a near repeat of a crash at the hazardous intersection that claimed two lives earlier this year.The fatally injured woman, Leoma Hoover, 85, was pronounced dead at the scene. She was the passenger in a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country minivan driven by Delores Sain, 85. Sain was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga with serious injuries.
